Hi, I’m Taylor.

I’m a yoga teacher, a movement enthusiast, a dog mom, and a lifelong student of slowing down. This space is where I share reflections on movement, mindfulness, and the ways we come back to ourselves—one breath at a time.

Movement should meet you where you are. 

On a mat, during a lunch break, between shifts, after work, or in the quiet minutes before the day picks up.

When I’m not teaching or exploring new trails, I craft brand stories as a marketing professional.

That work keeps me tuned in to the real-world pressures and time constraints most of us juggle, and it reminds me to keep my teaching accessible, welcoming, and free of fluff.
